We spent 3 nights in Apt 5b and loved every minute. The apartment had one bedroom and a pullout couch for our son. It has operable windows and a fabulous balcony. Complimentary Nespresso and water were provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery and glasses, a mini refrigerator and even a cooktop. Rafael at reception was always there (9-5) to help answer questions. After hours the building is secured with double security doors which you use your room key to open if you return late from dinner. So many restaurants are nearby as are the trams and shops and attractions. Great spot.

Perfect space for one week visit. Studio, very clean, nicely furnished, excellent coffee from Nespresso maker. Friendly, professional staff. Joanna, Anna and the young man (not sure of his name) always courteous and helpful. Great, central location in Baixa for first-time visit to Lisbon. Flat area and within walking distance of other neighborhoods. Met and then surpassed our expectations.

The location of this apartment was spectacular. It in within the pedestrian zone (don’t bring a car) and yet was quiet! The apartment was roomie and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was a plus. The hotel staff were sooo friendly!! What I didn’t like was that the TV really didn’t work- kept trying to find a signal. There also wasn’t things like paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen, making cleaning up impossible. Also, for a “luxury” apartment, the tiny wall mounted hairdryer was ridiculous, as was the stained couch. I don’t feel it was worth the $$ unfortunately. I wanted to give it 3 stars for the interior, but 5 for the location…so 4 stars it is!

We loved there so much that we decided to stay one more night, the apartment was very clean and they treated us like VIP. Complimentary Porto wine, biscuits and water was a nice touch and the very pleasant concierges helped us with everything that we needed. The location is excellent, close to many good restaurants, souvenir stores, shopping mall and is at walking distance to many tourists attractions. We would love to stay there again!

The apartments are in the center, pedestrian street, functional and complete with everything you need. It is a structure that has the services of a hotel (daily changing and cleaning, daily water refill or on request, complimentary coffee machine) but with the convenience of a mini apartment complete with kitchen. We have never cooked, but we used it for breakfast and dinner, with food bought for take away in the numerous places in the area. We are in the center, so shops and restaurants are open till late, the area is safe, leaving the hotel at the end of the street on the left you can see the Santa Justa elevator (with its queue). As for getting around, about a hundred meters away is the Figueira plaza, where the metro, buses, tuk tuks and taxis pass. Taxis are quite cheap in Lisbon and are a good means of transport for example to the airport.
